It has been a busy start to the season with many coaches across the zone keen to engage in coach development.
Wither it has been observing a Steel Player engagement, attending a FutureFERN workshop, coming on-line to a zoom, attending a locally lead coach workshop or attending a Steel match with a group of likeminded coaches, coaches have been queuing up to attend. With this buzz of engagement, it is no wonder that we have had so many coaches gaining their Community Coach Awards so early in the season.
